Island Creek

The Clubhouse is the main meeting location for Island Creek Boards and Committees and is also the OnSite Manager's office. (Map Location).

The Clubhouse is also available for rentals, but only to Community Residents.

• The cost is $50 per hour with a two hour minimum and a $100 refundable security deposit.  
• To make a reservation, first check the "calendar" tab located on the top ribbon to find out if the clubhouse is available.  If it is, then send an email with the date you wish to reserve the clubhouse to iccaonsite@sequoiamanagement.com 
• Pool parties are NOT permitted and anyone renting the Clubhouse may not access the pool deck.
• The Main area of the Clubhouse is 21' x 22.5' (about 470 sq ft). This provides standing room for up to 49 adults or about 30 people in seats. There is a single handicapped accessible bathroom and a small kitchenette with refrigerator.

• The Main Pool is 41' x 82'; starts at 2 1/2' and goes to 5' deep and a dedicated lap lane is roped off all season.
• The separate fenced-in baby pool is 10' x 20' and goes from 12" to 18" deep.
• Swimming Lessons can be contracted directly with the Life Guard Company.

• Register for Pool Passes
• Owners can transfer Pool use privileges for their tenants on line.
